Shipping Information
Shipping Information for abstract art online purchase:
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping for prints only is by postal services and is free worldwide. Prints shipped by
postal service are handed off to the postal service of whatever countries they go through. Tracking of your order
is not available. Insurance can be arranged for standard postal shipping at an additional cost. Please advise if
you require this option by contacting FotoZozo and you will be advised what the added charge will be.
Express Shipping
Express shipping agency is available by courier (DHL express) at an added cost. The courier will
invoice the recipient directly for any applicable customs fees and import taxes if applicable. Tracking of your
order is available. Insurance can also be arranged for an added cost. Contact FotoZozo if you would like your
purchase to be shipped by courier and FotoZozo will provide a quote for the costs involved.
Shipping for framed or mounted prints
Shipping for framed or mounted prints will be arranged via DHL. You will be invoiced directly if
there are any applicable customs fees or import taxes. Order tracking will be available and insurance can also be
arranged if required. Contact FotoZozo for a quote on your order including
shipping and insurance costs.
Shipping limitations for both standard postal shipping and DHL express shipping
Due to PO Box size limitations, items are shipped or posted to a physical street address only.
Please be aware that the purchaser is responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by the
local customs office or your country. When the order is shipped a shipping notification email will be sent to the
nominated email address. If tracking service is available, the tracking number will be included in the email.
Packaging for Shipping
Small prints up to 200 x 200 mm (8 x 8 inch) are packed flat between cardboard layers. All other
larger prints are rolled and packed into a hard cylinder tube to guarantee safe delivery.
All items are padded with paper packaging materials in order to ensure the print is adequately protected during the
shipping process.
