Print Mounting

The following mounting options for abstract artwork are available and can be ordered by special request:

Face Mount Acrylic

By using a special adhesive, an airtight bond is created with no air bubbles, fixing the print with its face mounted to the back of UV resistant 6mm acrylic glass. By directly gluing the face side of the print to the back of the acrylic sheet, the colours seem sharper, more brilliant, more intense and more immediate. The Acrylic is fixed to a u-channel for hanging purposes which creates the illusion that the picture is floating against the wall. A very captivating effect.

Aluminium Mounting

The print is mounted onto 4mm thick Aluminium composite sheeting cut to exact size of the print, providing exceptionally rigid and flat surface and light in weight. The print is laminated with a UV inhibitor which protects the print, and are both archival and PH neutral. The aluminium backing has a u-channel for ease of hanging and creates an amazing effect in that the picture looks as though it is floating against the wall.

Canvas Prints

Canvas Prints may be stretched on a 50mm (2 inch) wooden frame. This may also then be framed with the usual type of print frame by your choice however the canvas does not require to be framed under glass.

Framed Photo Paper Prints

All photo paper prints (gloss or metallic) can be framed under glass (either normal or non-reflective) with a frame of your choice.
