1. How can I view a larger image of the thumbnail images?

When viewing either the Future Space Portfolio, or the Art Space Portfolio, all you need to do to see an enlarged image is to click on the thumbnail image. A new window will pop up showing an enlarged image which you can then close by clicking on the "Close X" at the bottom right of the pop up.

2. How can I order a print?

When you have decided which print or prints you would like to purchase and have referred to the Print Prices matrix to determine which size you would like to choose, then please contact FotoZozo and provide the following details:

♦ Your name, address and telephone number
♦ Your email address
♦ The name of the image you wish to purchase
♦ Details of the size of image you require
♦ Specify if you would like gloss photo paper, metallic photo paper or unstretched canvas
♦ Advise whether you want the artist's signature on the back or the front of the image

You will be emailed with payment details and confirmation of your order and any other relevant information. Once payment is received, your image print will be ordered and you will be advised by email when your order has been despatched and you will also be given an estimated shipping time frame.

If you require express shipping and/or insurance, then specify this request as well and you will be provided with a quote and the order will not proceed until you have confirmed your acceptance of the shipping/insurance quote.

Should you wish to purchase a framed or mounted print then once again provide your information as detailed above and in addition specify the type of framing or mounting you require. You will be provided with a quote and your order will not proceed until you have confirmed your acceptance of the quote which in this case would include shipping, and insurance if you request this.

3. Where do I find prices for prints of abstract art for sale?

The prices for prints are located in the Print Prices page. The prices are given for image ratios of either 1:1.5 or 1:2. The large pop up images are in their true image proportions and therefore reflect which ratio is applicable.

Please note that the image print may not exactly follow the format and sizes given in the Print Prices page in order to accommodate the image composition.

Prices given in the Print Prices page are only for prints on gloss or metallic photo paper or unstretched canvas prints.

4. How do I go about ordering a stretched canvas or framed or mounted print?

When you have chosen your image and have decided on whether you want a framed print, or one mounted on acrylic or aluminium, or you want a canvas print stretched, then please contact FotoZozo providing details of your order and delivery details will be confirmed and arranged and payment options and other required information will be provided. Refer to Print Mounting page for details of various mounting options.

5. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

6. What are your delivery time frames?

Standard delivery times are: Australia wide: 1-2 weeks; International: 2-3 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, please contact FotoZozo if you wish to arrange express shipping at an additional cost.

7. What is your returns policy and how do I go about returning goods?

FotoZozo is sure that you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not pleased with the quality of ordered product for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

In the event that you wish to return goods, then please follow instructions in "FAQ 7 How do I go about returning goods?"

Only prints returned in the original condition in which they were shipped will be refunded, with any DHL shipping charges deducted from your refund. You will be refunded within 10 business days of FotoZozo receiving the returned item/s.

8. How do I go about returning goods?

Prior to returning any item, please send an email requesting return authorisation to FotoZozo, together with the following details:

♦ Your order number.
♦ Your first and last name.
♦ A description of the item you want to return.
♦ Specify the reason for the return; damaged, incorrect item or size, quality not as expected, etc.
♦ Specify what action you would like to take place: replacement or refund.
♦ Wait for your Return Authorisation and Instructions from FotoZozo before returning the goods.

Once the item is received by FotoZozo, you will be notified via e-mail of your replacement or refund details.

In the case of a refund you will receive you will receive your refund within 10 business days.

In the case of a replacement, you will be advised of shipping details and delivery time frames by FotoZozo.
